The licenses and permits an organization trades under are held in one place, each with its issuer, its scope and its expiry. Any party assessing the business can establish what it is authorized to do without requesting a certificate.
On The Account, Not In A Drawer
Each license is recorded against the organization that holds it, alongside the authority that issued it and the activity it covers. The account itself states what the business is permitted to do.
Ahead Of The Expiry Date
Expiry dates are tracked and the account is notified before a license lapses, so a renewal deadline does not become an interruption to trading.
Proof Without The Email Chain
Procurement teams, partners and customers verify standing directly. The exchange of requests, scanned certificates and forwarded attachments that ordinarily precedes an agreement is removed.
